Fee includes: Pizza, drinks, candy & snacks, along with a fun filled night with your friends that can include foosball, knock-hockey, Ping Pong, Speed Stacks, singing, dancing and more!

There is to be no use of cell phones or recording devices by participants.


 

Registration Openings and Deadlines
  • This program has a minimum number of participants that must be registered by Thurs. at 3pm in order to run the program. This is to, allow for ample time to cancel the program and notify those who registered if the minimum number of participants is not met, and to allow staff to acquire and prepare the needed supplies.
  • If the minimum number of participants is met before the deadline, we will continue to accept registrations until the Fri. at 3pm or until the maximum number of registrations is met, whichever comes first.
  • There will be no registrations taken at the door.

How to purchase admission
  • Please log into your account (in the bar on the left) and be sure all the parent and emergency phone numbers are listed and correct. You can add/change or delete numbers yourself. If the grade is incorrect, you must come into the Rec Office with a Report Card and we can change the grade for you.
  • Admission for children who are residents can be purchased online beginning the Sunday prior to the Friday Night Program
  • Admission for children who are non-residents can be purchased online beginning the Tuesday prior to the Friday Night Program
  • There are no refunds or transfers for admission purchased in advanced should the child not attend
  • All sales END at 3pm the day of the Friday Night Program
