BOOTH INFO:
If you have not already done so, it’s time to register for your booth and activity for Community Day; there are a limited number of spaces and last year we filled so don’t delay! Spaces go on a first come first served basis with priority going to Sponsors and paying Vendors. A non-food booth is two parking lot spaces, approximately 17 x 17. Vendors should bring table, chairs and pop up tent. Food booths will be in the pavilion unless otherwise requested. All booth activities and foods are subject to review by the Community Day Committee; we limit food and activities so there is no duplication. We have limited parking; only ONE CAR per BOOTH will be granted a parking location in the park.

HOW TO RESERVE:
You can book your space online at our Community Day page! To log in, your user name is your email address. Please be sure to indicate if you want electricity; it is limited and like spaces, goes first to Sponsors, then paying Vendors, then non-profits.

BOOTH THEME: Ports of Call
Our theme this year is Beekman Community Day Cruise Adventure. All non-food booths will be “Ports of Call”! Your booth should have some interesting activity that can occur ANYWHERE in the world! All participants will be given a “passport” listing all “Ports of Call”. When a participant visits your Port of Call, be sure to STAMP their passport. Any participants with a completely stamped passport will be give 50 prize coupons to used in the Prize Center.

PRIZE CENTER:
When you register for a booth, also be sure you indicate what you would like to donate to the “Prize Center " where participants will be going to place “Prize Coupons” in the bags in front of the items they want to win. If you are donating a Gift Certificate, please get a copy of it to the Rec Office by July 12th. There are multiple ways for participants to gather Prize Coupons. They can:
• Win an event sponsored contest
• Donate to the Family Campaign
• Complete their passport as described above, and submit it to Rec staff to get 50 coupons in Prize Center

For more recognition with our residents, you may also want to consider being a sponsor. Our top sponsors may even have their name mentioned on Radio Woodstock, WDST 100.1 broadcast throughout the Hudson Valley, the week of Community Day. Other sponsor benefits include:

• Your business announced all day by emcee
• Your business name listed in event’s program book
• Your business name listed on large banner that is displayed for beach goers all summer
