Youth & Teen School Year Membership
The purpose of this free membership is to ensure Rec Staff have all the accurate contact and grade information for your child. Please log into your account (in the bar on the left) and be sure all the parent and emergency phone numbers are listed and correct. You can add/change or delete numbers yourself. If the grade is incorrect, you must come into the Rec Office with a 2011-12 Report Card and we can change the grade for you.

Deadline to Register
Registrations made after 3pm the Friday of a program will not show up on the print out for that night -bring your form with you and include all contact and emergency contact information!
