Al Hammell Summer Baseball Camp
Open to all area players 5-12 years of age (CIT Program Ages 13-16) interested in improving their baseball skills. Teams and instructional groups will be determined by age and ability level.
Instruction will be led by Al Hammell who will be on site each day to ensure all campers are receiving proper fundamental instruction. Camp staff will include competent instructors and counselors all with backgrounds in baseball. Camp provides players with the opportunity to apply learned fundamental skills during game play.
Each camper should bring the following items: fielding glove, baseball cap, rubber-cleated shoes/sneakers and water bottle. All items brought to camp should be labeled with camper's first and last name. Water stations will be provided on the playing fields throughout the day.
Full-Day Campers and CITs should bring a bag lunch or bring money to purchase pizza and drinks for lunch. The concession stand will be open each day during lunch for campers who wish to purchase additional snacks and drinks.
