Adult Soul Flow Yoga class will begin Monday March 4th  6:15pm-7:15pm at The Beekman Rec Community Center.  Class is open to Beekman residents, must preregister,  8 classes for $40.00   NO CLASS ON MARCH 25th

Second class added Thursday's starting February 15th, 7 classes $35

In this class, we will vinyasa a bit in slow, easy flowing movements on the breath such as sun salutations with standing poses in between, followed by sweet seated stretches and a blissful yoga nidra.
