Field Usage Information

All fields must be booked through the Recreation Office. The Policies and Procedures for this, and use of all Town Recreation Facilities, along with Arlington School District facilities are found in Policies & Procedures for Use of Facilities.  

Annually, any organization planning on booking Town Facilities, or those at the schools must complete the Organization Registration and the Town of Beekman Facility Rental Agreement.  Uses are to be listed in Section 3 of the Agreement and subsequent uses for that year can be submitted by email if stated in Section 3.  In addition, all Leagues are ask to come before the Recreation Commission prior to their planned start date.

ALL Tournament Requests must be submitted 2 months prior to the use for review by the Recreation Advisory Committee for pricing and other expenses that may be charged to user groups.  Groups can apply by completing and submitting a  Town of Beekman Rental Agreement  accompanied by a Tournament Supplement.  In addition, there is a $250 Cash Security Deposit required with the application and will be return if all requirements are met.  The Tournament is responsible for maintaining the bathrooms and should use the  Tournament Bathroom Checklist as a guide.  A separate Department of Health Food Service Permit is required for food service and is submitted directly to the Department of Health with the fee.
